About the Role

Are you passionate about driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Release/Processing Coordinator to manage the day-to-day order management and processing activities using our advanced Manhattan Scale WMS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily order waving, batching, prioritisation, and release for picking
• Maintain and optimise wave templates to improve picking efficiency and reduce travel time
• Ensure orders are completed within despatch lead times
• Collaborate closely with the Allocation Team to manage stock replenishment and order types
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing system behaviours and challenging current processes
• Monitor KPIs and provide productivity reports to operational teams
• Coordinate Value Added Services (VAS) and support resource planning
• Lead by example in health, safety, and compliance standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in warehouse operations and WMS (preferably Manhattan Scale)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• A commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example
